This program teaches students through theory lectures, lab lectures, discussions, demonstrations, textbook exercises, classroom training, certification test-prep mastery and is designed to prepare the student for the Microsoft Office Specialist Word and Outlook, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certifications. This course is intended for individuals entering the IT industry, as well as current support professionals. The Word, Outlook, A+, IT Fundamentals and MDAA credentials are the most widely recognized helpdesk support certifications in the industry. By completing this program individuals are demonstrating that they have the skills necessary to support organizations at the helpdesk level.
