The laws are intended to satisfy students’ right to know, and afford the opportunity for students to make fully informed choices regarding the institution they elect to attend. Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education

The Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (Bureau) exists to promote and protect the interests of students and consumers through the oversight and regulation of California’s private postsecondary educational institutions.

Council on Occupational Education

The Council is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education as a reliable authority on the quality of education offered by the institutions it has accredited. Annual Reports

An Annual Report is submitted to ensure California Technical Academy accredited programs continue to meet the Council’s Standards and Accreditation Criteria. The annual report is filed each year and covers the preceding reporting period.
